Il Ciliegio is embedded in the beautiful green hills of the Maremma Tuscany hinterland, just about 5 km from the charming village Sorano away. The accommodation is composed of two single country cottages and another building with four holiday apartments, about 50 m distant. Each holiday accommodation has its own, private outside space equipped with garden furniture, ideal for outside dining. Furthermore, in the garden, a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by deck chairs, tables and parasols.
Casa Il Ciliegio (4+2) This is the smallest house that was just restored. It is composed of: 2 double rooms spacious kitchen with table, seats and sofa bed for two persons and tv bathroom with shower The house has air condition and heating. Furthermore in front of the house there is a small terrace with table and benches as well as a small private garden piece with deck chairs and garden umbrella.
Casa Valentina (6+2) This is the bigger house of the two. It is composed of: 3 double rooms kitchen with table and chairs dining room with big table, chairs and sofa-bed for two persons and tv 2 bathrooms with shower Furthermore there is a bed for small children. The house has no air condition, but heating. In front of the main entrance there is a small private terrace with table and benches, garden umbrella and deck-chairs as well as a small private garden.
There are four brand-new holiday apartments in the restored building called "Ulivo" available, about 20 m from the pool. Two are situated in the basement and two on the ground floor. The apartments of each floor are the same. The furniture of the apartments is in the typical Tuscan style. Every apartment disposes of satellite TV, air conditioning and washing machine. In front of every apartment, an outside space with garden furniture.

Arrival: From 16.00 until 18.00 o'clock Departure: Until 10.00 o'clock Minimum Stay: In low season 2 days, in high season 1 week. The price includes The use of the apartment, parking, swimming pool and deck chairs. The price doesn't include Final cleaning (Casa Il Ciliegio 40.00 €; Casa VFinal cleaning (Ulivi 2+2 € 40; Casa Il Ciliegio + Ulivi 4+2 € 50; Casa Valentina € 60), linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to have them upon request: linen + set of towels € 10 per person. Consumption (electricity and gas): according to the consumption. Booking: 30% of the total at the reservation. The remaining 70% should be paid on the arrival in cash form. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the 30% down payment won`t be paid back. Deposit: EUR 100 per apartment, to be deposited at the moment of arrival in cash form. NOTE: In case that there are any changes as regards the arrival, please let us know.
