includes The use of the apartment, parking, swimming pool and deck
chairs. The price doesn't include Final cleaning (Casa Il Ciliegio 40.00 €; Casa VFinal
cleaning (Ulivi 2+2 € 40; Casa Il Ciliegio + Ulivi 4+2 € 50; Casa Valentina €
60), linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to have them upon
request: linen + set of towels € 10 per person. Consumption (electricity and
gas): according to the consumption. Booking: 30% of the
total at the reservation. The remaining 70% should be paid on the arrival in
cash form. Cancellation: In case of
cancellation of the reservation, the 30% down payment won`t be paid
back. Deposit: EUR 100 per apartment, to be deposited at the moment of
arrival in cash form. NOTE: In case that
there are any changes as regards the arrival, please let us
know.
